Management Reporting for Small Business
Management reporting for small business: reports that help you run the business, explained in plain English.
Schedule ConsultationWhat management reporting is
Management reports are for running your business, not for filing a return. They show how the business is performing now so you can make decisions: what you’ve earned and spent, how that compares with your plan, and where margins are strong or under pressure.
What we provide
As part of our Fractional Financial Controller service we provide:
- Management reporting
- Budget-versus-actual reporting
- Margin and profitability analysis
Reporting runs on a monthly cycle. We don’t just send you a report; we walk you through what the numbers mean for your business. Where you need KPIs and budgets built, that’s part of our CFO & Advisory support.
Cost and what we don’t do
The Fractional Financial Controller service starts from $1,500 a month. Pricing is custom to your business and charged as one fixed monthly fee that includes all the work required. See pricing.
We don’t prepare tax returns, perform audits or give investment advice. Where tax work is needed, we work alongside your CPA or tax professional.
What you receive
Controller clients receive budget vs actual and a short written commentary on the month, with comparisons to the previous month, the same month last year and budget where one exists.
