Preparing for a sale or an acquisition

Whether you’re planning to sell your business or buy another one, clear financial information makes the process smoother and gives you a stronger position. Exit and acquisition preparation is about getting your numbers, reporting and plans ready well before you need them.

Experience from the owner’s side

English Oak Financial’s founder, Jake McKenna, also founded ATP Accounting Ltd and later sold the firm. He has been through a sale as the owner. Read more about Jake and the firm.

What we offer
